This anime is based on a game with the same name produced by Aqua PLUS. The story revolves around a high school student, Kono Takaaki, who meets various girl, such as Yusuhara Konomi and Kosaka Tamaki.

This series is a spin off of the series To Heart ~ Remember my memories ~. The two series have very little in common other than they both take place at the same school.

Plot Summary: Following her graduation from middle school, Konomi Yuzuhara enters the same high school as Takaaki Kono, her childhood friend. As the new school year begins, they meet their childhood friend Tamaki Kosaka, as well as many new accquaintances. Unbeknownst to the group, their encounters with each other will soon lead to many memorable adventures.
